If your concern is not urgent and can wait until the school reopens, please email: and our safeguarding team will get in contact once school recommences or you can call 01603 251655 and a member of the safeguarding team will respond within 48 Hours during term time and normal school hours. Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use. Students can chat online to professionally accredited counsellors. It provides services for the NHS and is part-funded by the National Lottery

NHS Advice for Teens in Norfolk

ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local public health nursing (school nursing) team. It offers advice about all aspects of teen health including lifestyle, relationships, healthy eating, bullying, smoking, alcohol and other substances.

This service is provided by Norfolk Children & Young People’s Health Services for young people aged 11-19. You will get a reply within 24 hours from an NHS School Nurse between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
