School attendance is crucial if students are to maximise their potential.  Attendance rates at City Academy Norwich have increased significantly over the last three years.  This is because of a number of factors ranging from rigorous attendance procedures to an engaging and relevant curriculum.  This approach has been recognised by the Shadow Education Secretary in his recent response to government attendance policy, when he said “the Government can learn from the practice at City Academy Norwich”.
