Join This Years Duke Of Edinburgh Extra Curricular Group

November 2, 2011 | In: Uncategorized

Do you play any sport outside of school time?

Do you volunteer in the community or further afield?

Are you learning a new skill outside of school?

If you have answered yes to 1 of these questions then you will be able to pass a quarter of the Duke of Edinburgh Award immediately. Say yes to 2 and you will have half the award and if you do all 3, you will have three quarters!

Even if you do none of the above, the Duke of Edinburgh award could still be for you. As long as you are in year 9 or above, have a sense of adventure and are not put off by some hard work, you could gain a qualification that is regarded very highly among employers.

If you would like to take part and have not chosen it as one of your options, you can join our extra curricular group which is going to run on a Wednesday from 3.40-4.40pm.

Please see Mr Deal or Mr Williams for more details….
